Since our days of living in busy NYC, my husband and I have had a love of Red Mango. My husband’s go-to flavor was white peach with fresh fruit, while I love coconut with gummy bears. We typically ordered the same thing at each visit, until we discovered their spoonable smoothies. A meal in itself, the fruit and peanut butter smoothies were delicious and satisfying.
As the seasons change, so do the flavors of frozen yogurt offered at Red Mango. Their fall-inspired smoothies feature new flavors that will entice taste buds. Banana Chai, Roasted Peanut Butter and Pumpkin Spice are their latest smoothie offerings. They are made with coconut milk and are all natural and gluten-free. Not only are these smoothies the perfect sweet treat, but they are quite filling and are a perfect afternoon pick me up to hold me over until dinnertime.
Even though we moved out of the city, we are fortunate to have a Red Mango frozen yogurt franchise not too far from us. So, we headed in to try these new smoothies to see if they lived up to the hype. While I thought my favorite would have been the Banana Chai, I was more impressed with the Roasted Peanut Butter flavor. For the first time in a decade, my husband and I agree on a Red Mango flavor! Roasted Peanut Butter was delicious, refreshing, and filling. We will be heading in again soon to try out the Pumpkin Spice flavor!
