I’ve always been a huge fan of smoothies and my hubby raves about my healthy, vitamin packed smoothies. While they can be made all year long, my favorite smoothies include summer fruits, so this is the best time to start making them. With berries and melons in season, smoothies have made a comeback already and we have them a few times a week. When my little girl was about a year old, her pediatrician recommended serving her smoothies with yogurt to get a variety of fruits in her diet. She’s not a big fruit eater and definitely doesn’t like yogurt, but when you throw them all in a blender she LOVES them!
Now that I have found Earth’s Best Smoothies in a ready to go package, smoothies are much easier for my toddler to especially on the go. I keep them in the fridge so they are always cold, and she loves them- they are a great treat on a warm spring day. What I love about Earth’s Best Smoothies are the nutrients, ingredients (all natural) and that they are organic. They have calcium, antioxidants, vitamins, and a full serving of fruit. My toddler’s favorite flavor is Apple Blueberry, but they also come in Pear Mango, Strawberry Banana, Mixed Berry, and Peach Banana.
