Just recently I finished my last big home project - my summer kitchen. The summer kitchen is mainly used for entertaining and also serves as a guest kitchen when people stay with us. Along with your typical kitchen appliances, we also have our laundry machines incorporated in this kitchen. I have to admit- when it comes to appliances, I never shopped around. A friend of mine, who we can call an "appliance expert" usually just tells me what brand ...

Cohen’s Cares About Protecting Your Child’s Vision!
A few months ago I took my daughter for a routine eye exam and was a little shocked at the price we paid AFTER our insurance was taken into consideration. She didn't have any issues, I just wanted to make sure her eyes were working properly since my husband and I both wear glasses. While I'm really thankful for insurance and low premiums, I felt that paying the equivalent to a week's worth of groceries just for an eye exam was a bit ...
Cruising The Neighborhood In the Range Rover Ride On for Kids!
We all know the saying, "boys and their toys," but the same can hold true for girls too! I have a little girl who is a princess super hero. I admire her eccentricity, and love how her personality shines through in everything she does. So, when the Range Rover kids ride on toy showed up to my doorstep, I knew it was one of those toys she'd LOVE. The summer is over but we are holding on to every ounce of warm sunshine we can. Taking walks ...
Culturelle® Kids Probiotic For My Kids
This post is presented by Culturelle®. All opinions are my own. As I check off my list of things that need to get done during back to school season, I’m starting to think of those dreaded illnesses. We always have the proper fever reducers, pain relievers, and booboo fixers on hand, but I try to avoid those nasty viruses to begin with. I encourage healthy eating habits, even though it’s not a consistently easy task. But for the most part, my ...

The Dyson Light Ball packs a Powerful Punch!
No domestic goddess is complete without the proper tools. A good vacuum is a must, especially when there are children and their friends always available and happy to make a mess at any given time. I use to mock my mother- calling her the vacuum connoisseur. She's tried just about every vacuum out there from high end to value priced. She knows what new technology is out there and what works best. Now, I'm the one in search for that ...
VTech’s Go! Go! Smart Line is a hit this holiday season!
Just when you think you've seen the latest technology in toys, something new inevitably comes out that just WOWs you. I've had the opportunity to play with a lot of toys for work purposes, and have a lot of favorites for different reasons. For example, the VTech Innotab is great for my oldest and middle daughter since they can play games that are developmentally appropriate for them, while also learning a new skill. There are so many VTech toys ...
