VTech Connect to Cell ! {Holiday Gift Guide}

If you are like me, and rely on your cell phone as your main phone, then I have a great device that will help you out when you are at home! While I usually have no problem using my cell phone when I’m out, I do experience issues at home. I can’t talk on the phone when I’m in my kitchen because I don’t have service. Ironically, this is where I spend most of the time on the phone- I usually talk to people when I am washing dishes or making dinner, only because that is usually the time that my hubby is watching the kids and I can actually have a conversation without being interrupted.

VTech has made my life easier by creating the Connect to Cell phone system where you can wirelessly connect your cell phone to your house phone to receive calls. I’ve been using it for a few months now, and I can tell you that it has made talking ANYWHERE in my house easier, and set up took about a minute. My husband was intrigued when the package came and he connected my cell phone to the Connect to Cell phone by BlueTooth. He’s not a techy person and doesn’t do well with technology, but he read the directions and had the phone up and running in no time!

When my cell phone rings, the house phone rings as well. This is a great feature, since my toddler plays with my cell phone and it’s misplaced A LOT! I can also shut off this feature when the kids are sleeping and I don’t want to chance the house phone ringing. Connecting to my cell phone is not the only thing the VTech DS6521-2 does.
