With two kids and a full schedule, mama is bound to max out her stress level on some days. Tending to families needs, making more meals than the normal family should eat in one day, and running errands, I find myself reaching for pain relievers, whether it is for my pounding headache or my terrible shoulder ache (thanks to my walking infant who insists on being held on my left arm.) When my headaches or body aches surprise me, I find myself needing relief STAT to get on with my day and not let a little headache hold me back.
I discovered these handy UrgentRX packets at my local pharmacy counter at Duane Reade and decided to stock up on them. There is one for everything – headache, aches, heartburn, allergies, upset stomach and more. I love that you don’t even need water to take these and they simply dissolve on your tongue, provided quick relief wherever you are. Since discovering them, I keep a few packets of the ones I know I will most likely use (headache, allergies, heartburn, upset stomach) in my diaper bag, car, and even my wallet. They are thin packets that can be tucked away anywhere, even your back pocket! How much would YOU pay for quick relief? Retailing at just $1.59, I think these are not only handy, but affordable relief packets that work quickly.
These are the items available in the UrgentRX product line:
Head Ache Relief
Heart Burn Relief
Allergy Attack Relief
Upset Stomach Relief
Ache and Pain Relief
Critical Care Aspirin
One feature I love most about these packets is that no matter how “handy” they are, kids can’t open them. The instructions on the packet are easy to understand – you fold and tear! I personally find it easier to use a scissor, but I’m also impatient.. You can find UrgentRX at your local Duane Reade – it can be found near the cashier or pharmacy counters and may not be available at all locations. You can also find UrgentRX on Facebook and Twitter.
