Between school, after school activities, and everything that goes on throughout our busy schedules, I try to keep my girls eating healthy meals and snacks. It’s not always easy to keep them away from junk food, but I’m always impressed when my daughter chooses broccoli over chips or apples over chocolate. I feel that I’ve given her a good foundation to make healthy choices when it comes to food, even though she is still a picky eater.
We discovered at our local Costco. My daughter loved the packaging because, as she says, it’s a kids’ fruit pouch, not a baby’s. Both my daughters had their baby food in a pouch but their preference for “real food” made the pouches short lived for them as babies. The truth is, these food pouches are easy for on the go and don’t require any special handling, so they are a top choice of mine as a busy parent. When my oldest rediscovered the fruit pouch with GoGosqueez, she started liking applesauce again, and brings GoGosqueez along with her to her afterschool activities and on car trips.
GoGosqueez is not baby food, and doesn’t come in “baby pouches” according to my daughter. I know that she is still choosing healthy snacks when she reaches for the Gogosqueez and I couldn’t be happier that snacking healthy on the go is always an option for us.

My son *loves* GoGoSqueez. He won’t eat other pouches anymore, but he still asks for his applesauce. 🙂
Love healthy choices like this, will check it out.
My kids LOVE these… and so do I! I really like that they are portable, easy and not at all messy (as long as you don’t hand an open one to a 2-year-old who just likes to squeeze things). 😉
