There’s nothing worse than having an upset stomach than listening to your husband tell you “you should know better and carry ‘stuff’ with you when you know you can’t eat without getting sick.” He’s right, for the most part. When we go out to events and I overindulge, I end up with an upset stomach. This is a typical occurrence and stomach indigestion is frequent.
